Ramblings from the yoga mat
What a relief and a joy the warm weather is. The garden really is coming to life. Feelings of growth and renewal in every corner, bees and butterflies have already been spotted and the bird song is divine. After so much time indoors (and becoming a little pasty), its not just the plants and trees that are unfurling and stretching out their leaves to absorb the light.
With renewed hope and energy I attach below the current planned easing of government restrictions and how, if all goes to plan, they will affect access to studio classes and treatments.
Free restorative yoga class
Please book your place using the events link above.
As a thank you for your ongoing support and to invite a little self nurturing before we start to return to work.
Please forward this information to friends and family so they might also enjoy some relaxation.
If the class proves popular it may become a regular addition to the schedule perhaps on a seasonal basis.
New time for Morning sessions in April
Starting on the 7th April the new time for the 20 minute morning sessions will be 7.40am (eeek!!)
The classes have proved very popular and requests have been made to allow the scheduling to fit in with the return to work. Thank you to all of you who have been joining me, often bleary eyed, to start the day with some positive yoga fuelled energy.
