Louise Byford

I discovered the wonderful benefits of yoga in the late nineties, at a time in my life when I was in need of a little direction. It has since been my constant companion and teacher, there is always something new to learn on this endless journey of discovery.
I went on to complete a teacher training diploma in 2001 so that I might share the wonders of yoga with others.

Massage therapy has also played a healing part in my life, so seemed like the natural next step in my career. I have been delighted to offer a variety of treatments since my first training in Thai massage in 2006, including 8 years as the Aromatherapy massage therapist at the Beacon Centre in Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton.

I am very pleased to be able to offer yoga and massage at Nine Springs Natural Health Centre, where I have enjoyed being part of the team since 2007.
